Ceramics, Chemical, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Metallurgy: A full‑time Degree in Engineering in the respective discipline.
Computer & IT: Engineering Degree in Computer, IT, CS or IS, or MCA, or a related PG Diploma.
Instrumentation: Degree in Instrumentation, Electronics & Communication, Electrical, or Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
Finance: Graduation plus CA / ICWA, or an Engineering degree with MBA (Finance).
Human Resources: Graduation plus a PG Degree/Diploma in Social Work / Labour Welfare / Personnel Management / HR, or MBA (HR).
Minimum marks required: 60% for General / EWS / OBC and 50% for SC / ST / PwD candidates.
The maximum age is 27 years, calculated as on the last date for receipt of online applications (11 August 2026). Age relaxations are provided as per Government of India rules:
SC / ST – 5 years
OBC (Non‑Creamy Layer) – 3 years
PwBD / Ex‑Servicemen – As per Government of India rules

The compensation structure is designed to reward trainees during and after the training phase. It comprises a basic pay, allowances, and a clear pathway to higher remuneration.
During Training (6 months): Basic Pay of ₹50,000 per month plus Industrial Dearness Allowance (IDA).
After Training: Appoint‑ed as Assistant Manager in the pay scale ₹60,000 – ₹1,80,000.
Starting Basic Pay after training: ₹60,000 per month.
In addition to the basic pay, candidates receive Dearness Allowance, perquisites under the Cafeteria Approach, Provident Fund, Gratuity, Performance Related Pay (PRP), and other benefits as per company regulations.
Selections are conducted through a transparent three‑stage process: Computer Based Test (CBT), Group Discussion (GD), and Interview. Each stage carries a predetermined weightage that contributes to the final merit list.
The CBT carries 70% weightage and comprises objective‑type multiple‑choice questions from the candidate’s discipline. The test is conducted in both Hindi and English. Minimum qualifying marks are set at 40 for SC/ST/PwBD, 45 for OBC‑NCL, and 50 for UR/EWS candidates. Only candidates who clear the CBT proceed to the next stage.
GD carries 15% weightage. Shortlisting for GD is done discipline‑wise and category‑wise in the ratio of 1:3 based on CBT scores. The discussion evaluates communication skills, teamwork attitude, and problem‑solving abilities.
The Interview accounts for the final 15% weightage. The combined scores from CBT, GD, and Interview determine a candidate’s position in the final merit list. Successful candidates are appointed as Assistant Managers.
