Eligibility Criteria
Indian nationals; Assistant Engineer (E-0 Grade): Full‑time regular Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics/Electrical & Electronics/Instrumentation) from a State Technical Board or AICTE/UGC recognized institute, with minimum 10 years post‑qualification site experience in Power Sector (including at least 6 years in a 50 MW+ grid‑connected Solar/Wind O&M/Asset Management project). Deputy General Manager (E‑6 Grade): B.E./B.Tech in Engineering (Electrical/Electrical & Electronics/Electronics/Control & Instrumentation/Civil/Mechanical) from a recognized Indian University/Institute with minimum 60 % marks; SC/ST/PwBD candidates need only pass marks. Experience: minimum 12 years post‑qualification executive‑cadre experience in Power Sector, of which at least 10 years must be with a Renewable Energy Developer of Solar/Wind Projects and a minimum of 2 years site experience in a 50 MW+ grid‑connected construction/erection/commissioning project. Age, experience and qualifications are computed with reference to the last date of online application.
Age Limit: 40 years for Assistant Engineer (E‑0 Grade) and 44 years for Deputy General Manager (E‑6 Grade); relaxations of 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC, 10 years for PwBD and as per Government guidelines for Ex‑servicemen where applicable.

Assistant Engineer – RE (E‑0 Grade) – 100 Posts
Qualification: Full‑time Regular Diploma in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics / Electrical & Electronics / Instrumentation) from a State Technical Board or an AICTE/UGC recognized institute, with pass marks. Experience: Minimum 10 years of post‑qualification site experience in the Power Sector (including training period), working in a Govt. Organization/Public Sector Undertaking/Private Organization, of which at least 6 years must be in a 50 MW or more grid‑connected Solar and/or Wind Project, in Operation & Maintenance / Asset Management. Age Limit: Upper age limit is 40 years. Age relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC, and 10 years for PwBD candidates where a vacancy is identified for that category. Ex‑servicemen get relaxation as per Government guidelines.
Deputy General Manager – RE (E‑6 Grade) – 14 Posts
Qualification: Full‑time Graduate in Engineering (Electrical / Electrical & Electronics / Electronics / Control & Instrumentation / Civil / Mechanical) from a recognized Indian University/Institute with a minimum of 60% marks. SC, ST & PwBD candidates need only pass marks. Experience: Minimum 12 years of post‑qualification executive‑cadre experience in the Power Sector (including training period), of which at least 10 years must be with a Renewable Energy Developer of Solar and/or Wind Projects, including a minimum of 2 years of site experience in a 50 MW+ grid‑connected project in Construction/Erection/Commissioning. Government/PSU candidates additionally require at least 2 years’ experience in the pay scale of ₹80,000‑₹2,20,000 (IDA E‑5 Grade or above, effective 01‑01‑2017) within those 12 years. Age Limit: Upper age limit is 44 years with the same relaxations as mentioned above.
